- Renovation and rebuilding of an apartment house in Senefelder street in Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg, built ca. 1900, change of built-in attic, 3 new lifts, phases 1 – 4, total area ca. 400 m², modification of all main elements, development of a new floorplan-concept. The building consist of front building and two side wings. The attic will be completely renovated and rebuilt. There are in total three new apartments with their own internal stairs to private roof terraces in the front building. A total of three new aparments are planned with their own interior stairs to private roof terraces in the front building and four mini apartments in the side wings. All apartments will be accessible by lifts and will have sunny balconies.
