- New construction of a single-family home in Bad Saarow. Total living and usable space approx. 280 m². Design concept for three buildings in a closed U-shape on Lake Scharmützelsee. The new house offers relaxation for a large family from the big city. The building complex consists of a main living area with an open roof construction and fireplace. The gable end of the main building faces the lake. The sleeping house is separated from the living area and divided into two floors. The inner courtyard is enclosed by a small garden house. A swimming pool is planned for the center.
