- Modernization of a small studio apartment with a spacious balcony in a 1960s building in the center of West Berlin, close to KaDeWe. Although the apartment is small, it has plenty of light thanks to its large windows and feels spacious. Within the limited budget, the renovation focused on replacing the kitchen, refurbishing the bathroom, floors, and built-in furniture.
