New family house with two apartments

- New family house with two apartments in Hohen Neuendorf. Total living and usable area approx. 280 m². Design of the room concept and development of the floor plan concept. Design of the main interior installation and façade elements and connection to the interior, taking privacy into account. The house is asymmetrically divided into two apartments—the larger apartment will be used by a family with children, and the smaller apartment will be used by grandparents. The house has a ceiling height of 3 m and windows of the same height. High ceilings, large windows, and a maximally open space were the client's main requirements.
